In 1995, having 10 years of advertising experience behind him, Peter decided to strike out on his own and launched Stackpole. His vision was to create an agency that fosters strong working relationships with a select group of clients who share his belief that building and maintaining a leading brand requires a long-term commitment to a strategic communications program. After nearly 25 years of managing successful client relationships, Peter can confidently say that this philosophy continues to appeal to his clients and staff.
As Director of Client Services, Peter remains a primary client contact, involved in all aspects of strategic development, communications planning, and concept development. He also has a wealth of experience presenting programs to CEOs, boards of directors and top-tier management, and supporting the internal sell-through that is often critical to building momentum within the client organization.
Peter also sits on the Board of Advisors for Vetter, a FinTech startup in the loan automation category, and has been invited to speak at several Bank and Accounting Conferences including NEFMA, ICBA National Conference, ICBANY and Financial Brand.
Chris returned to Stackpole in 2015 to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer with an equity stake in the business. She brings with her a solid background in helping shape small, evolving organizations. Early in her career she developed a passion for innovative organizational design and worked with us in the late ‘90s positioning Stackpole for its initial success. After a short stint in financial services, she honed her skills in the not-for-profit world working with an international cadre of medical researchers at the Informed Medical Decisions Foundation.
As Stackpole’s COO with financial accountability, she will put her BU MBA to good use, working to enhance both the client and staff experience.
Jeff has spent over 25 years in advertising helping build large national and global brands ina broad array of categories for companies like Verizon Wireless, GE, Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Monster, and Santander Bank, N.A. to name a few. Jeff has also dedicated time to launching new digital brands and startups making him uniquely qualified to face the challenges of today’s faced- paced, highly competitive, and fragmented marketplace. At both Monster and Santander, Jeff has extensive experience in aligning multiple agencies around a common strategy and driving positive outcomes regardless of the discipline.
Grady has worked as a writer and creative director on hundreds (if not thousands) of commercials, videos, radio spots and more. At agencies like Arnold, Doner, and MMB, he has consistently led clients and creative teams in the development of award-winning, revenue-generating campaigns. A role he continues to relish here at Stackpole.
Lisa has over 20 years of data driven media planning expertise with a focus on outcome based results that include increases in conversion volume, decreases in cost per conversions, stronger pipeline lead progression/revenue performance, increases in awareness metrics, and stronger ROAS/ROI. Prior to joining Stackpole, she held leaderships roles in media where she developed innovative solutions for B2B and B2C brands in the finance/banking, health & wellness/healthcare, cybersecurity, education, CPG, retail, and technology industries. At Stackpole, Lisa is continuing provide a strategically driven integrated approach to media with emphasis on collaboration and developing strong client relationships that enable success. When not emerged in media, Lisa enjoys running, sunny beach/pool days and spending time with her family and pooch.
Darren is an art director, a creative director and a film director. He’s worked at leading advertising agencies Arnold, Mullen, Hill Holliday, Leo Burnett and MMB, as well as renowned production companies Element and Somoroff+ Studios. At Stackpole, he puts his multi-directorial skills to good use to create strategic, timely, effective solutions for our clients.
Mia joined Stackpole with decades experience in art direction and graphic design. Mia's diverse background includes work in print, digital and video for the financial, health care, high tech, non profit and retail industries. She’s worked in both agency and in-house environments, and understands the needs of both. When not at work you will find her painting around town or exploring the woods with her dog Helen.
Bridget joined the Stackpole team at the start of the 2023 New Year as our Digital Marketing Specialist.
For the past 12+ years, Bridget has been immersed in the ever-changing world of Digital Marketing for brands across almost every category including insurance, retail, CPG, QSR, pharma, and finance. She has focused on branding and e-commerce initiatives for luxury brands like CHANEL and Lindt, as well as other large advertisers including Under Armour, Bayer, and Liberty Mutual just to name a few. Most recently, Bridget has been working strategically with SMB business helping build brand awareness and drive acquisition through digital channels. Bridget is excited to join her Stackpole colleagues in building and managing successful multi-channel advertising programs.
Amanda joined Stackpole as an Operations Assistant. Along with an extensive administrative background in varying fields and concepts as well as many years in customer service Amanda enjoys taking on new challenges and becoming a pro in everything she does. When she is not in the office she enjoys woodworking, spending time with her family and being on the water as much as possible.
Cassandra joined Stackpole for an internship opportunity from Endicott College. She is a junior studying marketing communication and advertising with a concentration in political science. With prior intern experience in social media, digital media, and advertising, if Cassandra were to write a book about her career so far, she’d name it “Figuring it all out." This is Cassandra’s third internship, but the first one in-person. She loves the collaboration of working in an office and working remotely does appeal to her, and that’s why Stackpole is the best of both worlds in working in a hybrid environment. Cassandra grew up as a competitive figure skater and practiced right down the road at the Graf Rink. The competitiveness in her allows her to strive to come out on top both professionally and academically. She stresses the importance of real work experience through internships, and that no matter how many hours of in-class lectures she sits through, there is nothing like learning from experts themselves in a real work environment.
