Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing digital media including paid search and social across a range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work at the top of his/her field and an appetite for knowledge and a passion for finding the best combination of creative and targeting through continuous testing and optimization. In this very hands-on position, the day-to-day contributions of the Digital Marketing Specialist significantly impact the success of our team. We are looking for people who are proactive and dedicated to meeting client needs on time and on budget with exceptional and reliable service. This position will work closely with the Media Director. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own the implementation, organization, day to day management and reporting for media campaigns across digital/social platforms including but not limited to Google Search, Meta, and LinkedIn. 
  • Manage campaign deadlines and internal communication. 
  • Develop new approaches to drive performance across all levers – including platform management, creative iteration, and conversion rate optimization 
  • Assist in the development of digital strategies that align with the client’s requirements 
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to implement marketing campaigns and customizations according to client needs 
  • Responsible for campaign set-up including creative implementation and QA within various social channels, Google SEM and Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager 
  • Track, measure, and analyze key account metrics vital to optimizing digital campaigns from an ROI perspective  
  • Work to improve upon current dashboards and reporting to clearly communicate metrics of success 
  • Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement recommendations 

Qualifications 

  • At least 2 years of hands-on paid media experience in an advertising/brand agency environment that includes implementation and management of campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms 
  • Experience tracking and reporting of weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Ability to contribute openly to recommendations, research, strategies, and articulating clearly and effectively program ideas and tactics 
  • Experience working with a diverse client base from financial services to legal and professional services is a plus 
  • Be self-directed and embrace a can-do attitude in all situations 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification, highly proficient with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn as well as dashboard tools like Google Data Studio 

Great if you have 

  • Experience with execution, monitoring & analysis of on-page & off-page SEO techniques and activities 
  • Experience in using SEO/SEM tools (i.e. Moz, SEMRush, etc.) 
  • HubSpot certification, LinkedIn and Meta certification

Account Director

The Account Director will direct client accounts and oversee the development and implementation of multi-channel programs and campaigns, including brand strategy, web, digital and traditional media, and social. 

The AD will be able to efficiently and effectively supervise the execution of client work while overseeing and mentoring the Account Team.  You will need to be confident in your ability to lead the overall marketing strategy for your defined accounts. You will work with the interdisciplinary agency teams to ensure that all initiatives are focused on meeting client objectives.  This position reports to the President. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for strategic development and planning on select accounts 
  • Manage day-to-day client projects and channel programs on select accounts 
  • Develop scopes for complex-multi-channel engagement for both existing clients and new business 
  • Lead intake sessions on select accounts  
  • Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts and ensure appropriate resources to meet goals 
  • Develop and present digital reporting and analytics to clients  
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of existing clients

Qualifications: 

  • 6 plus years of account management experience within an ad agency

  • Collaborative work and management style 
  • Efficiently and effectively communicating with team members to produce work that is on time and on budget

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients and develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and objectives
  • Identify account growth opportunities for your select accounts
  • Support Account team with new business proposal development, research and coordination
  • Manage day-to-day client projects, channel programs and media plans on select accounts
  • Work with Account and Creative teams to develop creative briefs, estimates and project timelines
  • Coordinate with freelancers and vendors on client projects

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role at an advertising/brand agency
  • Skilled at managing multi-faceted accounts and projects
  • Able to clearly and effectively articulate program ideas and tactics to clients
  • Must be well-versed in all forms of branding and marketing communications
  • Be self-directed and embrace a can-do attitude in all situations
  • Experience working with a diverse client base from financial services to legal and professional services is a plus

Account Manager & Digital Strategist

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a number of marketing communications initiatives and projects across a range of clients and channels. You will have a desire to work at the top of your field and an appetite for knowledge across a range of industries and marketing channels. In this very hands-on position, the day-to-day contributions of the Account Manager significantly impact the success of the team. You will be proactive and dedicated to meeting client needs on time and on budget with exceptional and reliable service. This position will report to the Account Director. In addition to serving as the primary Account Manager for a number of accounts, you will have an in-depth understanding of digital media strategy, and the ability to purchase, implement, and optimize digital media inclusive of PPC, Programmatic Display, Social Media, and Pre-Roll.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day client projects, channel programs and media plans on select accounts
  • Work with Account and Creative teams to develop creative briefs and project timelines
  • Work with the Operations team to develop estimates and obtain outside resources when needed
  • Work with the Media and Operations team to ensure that media assets are delivered on time
  • Provides quality assurance for all work including digital projects to ensure that they meet the job specification, are proofed and approved by all necessary teams
  • Develops and manages multiple, comprehensive project plans to meet targeted deadlines in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Organize and set clear expectations for all project tasks and deliverables and hold project team members accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Assists in or lead internal team meetings in terms of setting the agenda, providing appropriate materials in advance of meetings, ensuring to-dos and next steps are set and followed and developing and distributing meeting reports.

Freelance Production Artists

We are seeking talented, motivated Production Artists to collaborate with our creative team. The Production Artist creates high-quality artwork for basic production assignments to incorporate in final layout for publication. Ideal candidates will be eager and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished.

Responsibilities

  • Produce creative artwork in a fast-paced, production environment
  • Revise and update existing design deliverables
  • Prepare production-ready files to appropriate production specifications
  • Correct all inconsistencies and mistakes in the art file before its release, including typesetting revisions, scaling artwork, photo retouching, correcting vector artwork, color corrections/adjustments and page sequence/imposition revisions
  • Take direction from art directors and graphic designers while meeting deadlines on various projects occurring at the same time

Qualifications

  • Production artist experience (preferably in an agency environment)
  • Sound understanding of both print and digital mediums.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
  • HTML, HTML5 experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to quality control
