By being consistently responsive to the evolving needs of its retail and business consumers through the decades, locally owned and operated CASB seamlessly blends individual attention with state-of-the-art banking and finance solutions.
Leveraging the bank’s broad range of retail, business and investment services—coupled with a long-established personal touch approach to customer service—Stackpole devised creative that emphasized CASB’s irreplaceable role in helping area residents, regardless of where they were in their life journey, plan for and finance important milestones.
Stackpole conceptualized, scripted, produced and directed a series of 30-second television spots featuring a diverse cross-section of CASB customers and Cape Ann locations. The common thread weaving the spots together was that regardless of where they were in their life’s journey—first-time homebuyer, expectant parent, new business owner, retiree—each individual depicted could confidently assert, “This is where I bank.”
The spots further enhance the bank’s pivotal position in the region’s economic vibrancy by featuring customers in iconic locations along Cape Ann’s rocky coast, each sharing how CASB offers exactly what they need to make their dreams a reality, whether it’s personal or business banking or trust and financial services.
Additionally, Stackpole spearheaded the design and messaging of a full suite of supporting digital and print assets in support of the “This Is Where I Bank” campaign.
