Our research found that 96% of customers are “very satisfied” or “satisfied,” while 94% are “very likely” or “likely” to recommend Taylor Bank to a friend or acquaintance. This branding campaign for Taylor Bank aims to reflect this powerful bond between the bank and its community.

Always Here. For Good.

This is the first branding campaign to introduce the new brand identity we recently created for Taylor Bank — including the new logo, tagline, graphic look, and brand messaging. The logo is unique and proprietary to Taylor Bank as it’s a geometric representation of the Delmarva Peninsula and the three states the bank serves. The tagline – “Always Here. For Good.” – is a nod to the bank’s history and stability, while reinforcing its positive community impact and commitment to helping customers prosper.

Customer connections

The campaign’s messaging strategy incorporates both emotional connections and rational drivers of consumer choice, such as technology and convenience. Radio and TV spots feature customers across various demographic groups, with stories that cover a range of personal and business banking needs. They serve to humanize the Taylor Bank brand and show why the bank is so important to customers’ day-to-day lives.

Taylor Bank’s core values – service, community, financial strength – will never change. Still, it’s critical for the bank to be perceived as a forward-thinking, progressive financial institution, especially among younger customers who rely heavily on digital banking services. This campaign captures the essence of the bank’s longstanding culture of service, while positioning Taylor Bank as a key resource for the future prosperity of Delmarva’s residents and businesses.
