The CBANC Network allows free membership to its secure online community where bank and credit union professionals collaborate and trade content in a virtual marketplace. The network, which contains the largest repository of banker-authored, board-approved, exam-tested content anywhere, is the go-to resource so people don’t have to recreate the wheel to create resources for their financial institution.
As an emerging company, CBANC was relatively unknown in the banking community, thus it needed to generate awareness and vastly expand its member base. Moreover, the network was struggling with how to communicate a complex, multi-tiered service offering with a strong social media component to a diverse audience in a meaningful way.
Unlike the previous website which focused on the general mechanics of what CBANC is and how it works, the new site developed by Stackpole is designed to showcase the broad and expanding range of high-quality, peer-generated content and infuse a strong sense of community to promote collaboration.
To reinforce the active nature of the CBANC community, Stackpole incorporated a number of dynamic elements on the site. Tickers are used to showcase the evolving membership, new content additions and, statistics that highlight work hour and dollar savings, all in real time. Stackpole also infused CBANC’s newly-refined corporate palette, brand architecture and messaging platform into the website design to elicit brand emotion, set forth a consistent tone and create a real personality.
